The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling incorporates a black convertible soft top as well as pop-up headlights, fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The Carfax report shows an accident from January 2006 that damaged the front of the car. The seller states the doors were repainted in 2008, while the front underbody panels were replaced and the front bumper cover was touched up in 2018.
The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The seller notes blemishes on the wheels. Ferrari-branded painted brake calipers are mounted over vented discs at each corner. The steering rack was rebuilt in June 2015.
The cabin features sport seats that were retrimmed in beige leather in 2017 complemented by carbon-fiber trim on the door handles, A-pillars, and door sill guards. Amenities include automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, a radar detector integrated into the rearview mirror, and a Sony stereo hooked to a JL Audio amplifier. The seller notes that sticky buttons were refinished in 2015.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with carbon-fiber paddle shifters and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, a gauge for coolant temperature, and a digital gear indicator. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil pressure. The gear indicator light was reportedly replaced in 2018 and the clock does not work. The six-digit odometer shows 26k miles, approximately 12k of which were added during current ownership. The Carfax report has a mileage inconsistency in August 2021, though it is noted as a possible clerical error.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulically operated six-speed F1 gearbox, and the seller reports that Fabspeed Motorsport headers are fitted along with an X-OST exhaust system. In 2010, the fuel block was replaced under warranty and a replacement alarm ECU was installed. The motor mounts were replaced in June 2015 along with the installation of a Hill Engineering F1 conversion kit OEM 360 pump. An engine-out belt service was last completed in 2018, at which time the belt tensioner bearings, water pump, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, accessory belts, and engine mounts were also replaced.
