Braking components and the front and rear subframes were reportedly sourced from the E46 M3 donor car, and the suspension has been modified with Koni adjustable shocks and Dinan springs. Powerflex rear subframe bushing inserts have been fitted, and the seller states the power steering hoses and reservoir as well as the left-front wheel bearing were replaced under current ownership.
The power-adjustable front sport seats and split rear bench are upholstered in black leatherette and are complemented by a color-coordinated dash, door panels, and carpets. The digital odometer indicates 214k miles, approximately 2k of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was sourced from a 2003 E46 M3, and the seller states that replacement rod bearings were installed prior to installation. Additional work performed under current ownership reportedly included an oil change as well as replacement of the following parts:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential also sourced from the donor M3. The shifter linkage was rebuilt and the driveshaft flex plate and clutch fork pivot pin were replaced, according to the seller. Noise is noted from the differential when cold.
