The Elise features composite body panels over an epoxy-bonded aluminum chassis with a steel rear subframe. This example was finished in Saffron Yellow from the factory and is said to have been repainted in Porsche Riviera Blue by Auto Body Innovations in Owings Mills, Maryland, in 2021. Equipment includes a color-matching roof panel, a removable soft top, a BOE Fabrication clam hinge, carbon-fiber mirror caps, and Gregs Race Parts grilles, headlight halos, and carbon-fiber side scoops. Accident damage to the right-rear and left sides of the car is noted on the Carfax report in October 2006. The seller notes a hazy passenger-side headlight lens.
Black-finished 16″ and 17″ wheels are mounted with Yokohama Advan Neova AD07 tires in sizes 175/55 and 225/45, respectively. The suspension is equipped with Bilstein dampers, and braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled discs with Lotus-branded front calipers.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a replacement Garw digital instrument display. The digital odometer indicates just over 56k miles, approximately 43k of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The Toyota-sourced transverse 1.8L 2ZZ-GE inline-four is said to have been modified under current ownership with aftermarket engine management software as well as a Blackwatch Racing supercharger, a Hangar 111 performance exhaust system, and a battery relocation kit. The seller states that he has performed regular fluid changes.
