Aftermarket 18″ Apex wheels wear 225/45 front and 255/40 rear Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R tires. The car is equipped with aftermarket Eibach springs, Bilstein front shocks, braided brake lines, Lemforder tie rods, and a front strut tower brace. The removed wheels and suspension springs are included in the sale along with uninstalled Bilstein rear shocks.
The heated and power-adjustable M Sport seats are upholstered in black leather upholstery, complemented by a color-matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. Appointments include automatic climate control, driver’s seat position memory, Carbon Leather trim, a CD stereo, and a BMW ZHP shift knob. There is a tear in the upholstery on the back of the passenger seat.
The leather-wrapped M-logo steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 190-mph speedometer and a 9k-rpm tachometer with inset gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 76k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six features individual throttle bodies, double-VANOS variable valve timing, and an exhaust system fitted with Strömung mufflers. Service in 2018 included installing WPC connecting rod bearings, an ARP connecting-rod bolt kit, and an aFe intake kit as well as upgrading the VANOS system and adjusting the valve clearances. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Illinois, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania.
