The Saleen Racecraft suspension package included Saleen-specific sway bars, struts, and linear-rate coilovers. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs featuring slotted and vented front rotors with Saleen-branded four-piston calipers.
The interior features sport seats trimmed in black and orange leather along with black carpeting and aluminum-look dashboard trim. Saleen/Parnelli Jones logos adorn the floor mats and door sills, while the dashboard features signatures from Steve Saleen and Parnelli Jones. Additional equipment includes a power-adjustable driver seat, a split-folding rear seat, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Shaker 500 stereo with an in-dash six-disc CD changer.
A leather-wrapped Saleen Parnelli Jones Edition steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Saleen examples added centrally mounted gauges for oil pressure and temperature. The digital odometer indicates 917 miles in the photos. The seller reports that 10 more miles have since been added for a total of 927, approximately 560 of which have been added by the seller.
The Saleen-tuned 5.0-liter V8 was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. Saleen modifications included forged aluminum pistons, forged steel connecting rods, ported aluminum cylinder heads, and performance camshafts.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission with a close-ratio shifter, an aluminum flywheel, and an 8.8” differential with a 3.73:1 gear ratio.
A signed window sticker is included in the sale along with Ford and Saleen literature, one key with a keyless-entry remote, and additional decals.
