Interior appearance modifications include silver and crimson inserts on the black leather seats, “GT500” embroidery on the front headrests, and carbon-fiber trim accents on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. A Shelby short throw shifter and a signed dash plaque were also added. Factory appointments include a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, air conditioning, cruise control, drilled aluminum pedals, a Shaker 500 audio system, an in-dash CD changer, and power windows, mirrors, and door locks.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a driver’s information display, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, boost pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles.
The supercharged 5.4-liter DOHC V8 has been modified with a Steeda high-performance supercharger pulley, a Steeda engine tune, and a Steeda cold-air intake. A tuned stainless-steel dual exhaust system with an X-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers is fitted.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hill in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a suggested retail price of $45,605. A Deluxe Marti report, an SVT certificate, and a Shelby Automobiles Certificate of Authenticity are also included and shown in the gallery below.
