The aluminum 5.0-liter M113 V8 was factory rated at 292 horsepower and 336 lb-ft of torque. Work completed in 2020 included replacing the cabin air filter, spark plugs, and serpentine belt as well as coolant system flush. The air conditioning system was charged in May 2021.
Power is delivered to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and three locking differentials. The transmission filter and fluid were changed in May 2020, at which time the transfer case and differential fluids were also changed.
