The 19” Turbo wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires that the seller notes are in need of replacement. Braking is handled by red Porsche-branded six- and four-piston front and rear calipers over rotors measuring 13.8″ at each corner. The car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD).
The cabin features heated adaptive sport seats with Guards Red seatbelts that are upholstered in black leather with red stitching that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include auto-dimming mirrors, driver-seat memory settings, Porsche Communication Management with navigation, a Bose sound system, automatic climate control, and cruise control.
The optional thick leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 225-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 32k miles, approximately 16k of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged and intercooled 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six was factory rated at 480 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque and the Sport Chrono Package allows the 997.1 Turbo to overboost for up to 10 seconds, increasing peak rated torque to 505 ft-lb. An intake camshaft was replaced in 2012 and an oil change was performed in September 2022.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. The car is also equipped with a mechanically locking rear differential.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to the Sewickley Car Store in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, and lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $136,753.
