The car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and an automatic brake differential (ABD). The cabin features heated and ventilated 12-way power-adjustable front seats upholstered in black leather that also extends to the dashboard and door panels. Features include auto-dimming mirrors, driver-seat memory settings, dual-zone automatic climate control, a wind deflector, cruise control, and Porsche Communication Management with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, satellite radio, and Bose audio. The leather-wrapped three-spoke multifunction steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a central tachometer and a 225-mph speedometer as well as gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates approximately 53k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six features direct fuel injection, VarioCam variable valve timing, and dynamic engine mounts. Factory-rated output was 530 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle. The 997 Turbo S featured Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) and a mechanically locking rear differential as standard. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
