Aftermarket 18″ Apex ARC-8 wheels are mounted with 275/35 Falken Azenis RT615K tires. The Competition Package specified a lowered ride height compared to the standard M3 along with retuned Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Stopping power is provided by a StopTech front brake kit along with vented and cross-drilled rotors. Modifications include replacement wheel studs and front camber plates.
The cabin features heated and power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Palladium Silver and Black Novillo leather, while Carbon Structure leather trim accents the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include iDrive with navigation, the Enhanced Premium Sound package, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, driver’s memory settings, and cruise control. Black M-branded floor pedals and a vent-mounted P3 Cars digital boost gauge have been added to the interior.
The multi-function steering wheel features tri-color stitching and paddle shifters, and it frames a 9k-rpm tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and inset auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 55k miles, approximately 14k of which were added by the seller.
The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and has been modified with an ESS intercooled supercharger system utilizing a centrifugal-style Vortec supercharger. The seller states that additional modifications include test pipes, an X-pipe in place of the removed catalytic converters, and Turner stage 2 tuning software for 91-octane fuel. Dynamometer testing resulted in 497 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque as shown in the photo gallery below.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock.
