All Centennial Edition Corvettes were finished in Carbon Flash Metallic (58U) with satin black center stripes, and the C6 features a hydro-formed aluminum chassis with composite and carbon-fiber bodywork. Equipment includes xenon headlights, an exposed carbon-fiber roof, a clear engine cover, polished quad exhaust outlets, and ZR1 badges that were reportedly painted under previous ownership. Noted flaws include a paint chip on the right-rear quarter panel and another on the roof, a scuff on the rear decal, and wear on the carbon-fiber side skirts behind the front wheel arches as shown in the gallery below. A ceramic coating was applied to the exterior in April 2022.
Satin black 19″ front and 20″ rear wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires sized 285/30 and 335/25, respectively. Braking is provided by Brembo ceramic-composite discs with red-finished calipers at all four corners, and the car is equipped with Magnetic Ride Control.
The cabin features power-adjustable bucket seats trimmed in Ebony leather with gray microfiber inserts, red accent stitching, and embossed Centennial logos. The optional 3ZR Premium Equipment Group added heated seats with position memory along with a power-adjustable steering column, steering wheel audio controls, Bluetooth connectivity, a Bose sound system, navigation, and a CD stereo. Additional amenities include Keyless Access, a push-button start, a head-up display, a touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, and rubberized Weather Tech floor mats. The carpets were reportedly replaced under current ownership and the door sill plates are lifting at the edges.
The microfiber-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, boost pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 9k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.
The supercharged and intercooled 6.2-liter LS9 V8 features a dry-sump lubrication system and was factory rated at 638 horsepower and 604 lb-ft of torque. The air conditioning refrigerant was recharged in 2022 and the engine oil was changed in preparation for the sale. A California emissions inspection was last successfully passed in March 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with a car cover and carpeted floor mats.
