The car is finished in black with a contrasting gray hood stripe, “hockey stick” side decals, and Boss 302 logos. Additional details include a front splitter, a raised rear spoiler, a Laguna Seca-specific badge on the faux rear gas cap, hood vents, and xenon headlights.
Split-spoke 19″ wheels are mounted with 255/40 front and 285/35 rear Pirelli P Zero tires. The Laguna Seca Edition featured stiffer manually-adjustable shocks with model-specific springs as well as a larger rear sway bar. Braking is handled by Brembo front calipers over vented rotors.
The manually-adjustable Recaro seats are upholstered in Charcoal Black cloth with Boss 302 embroidery on the backrests and are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. A rear cross-brace is fitted in place of the rear seats, and additional appointments include air conditioning, a CD stereo, Boss 302-branded floor mats, and a voice-activated Sync infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity.
An Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 8k miles, approximately 300 of which have been added by the seller.
The 5.0-liter DOHC Road Runner V8 was factory rated at 444 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. A strut-tower brace spans the engine bay, and a plaque affixed to the intake manifold is etched with the car’s VIN and vehicle number. The TracKey performance calibration is said to have been performed under prior ownership. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.73:1 gearing. A Borla exhaust system was installed during previous ownership.
Manufacturer’s literature, a copy of the window sticker, and a California car cover are included in the sale.
