Braking is handled by red Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated discs. The car is equipped with rear-axle steering and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM).
The cabin houses power-adjustable sport seats trimmed in black leather with Alcantara inserts, red stitching, and GT3-embroidered headrests. Aluminum trim accents the interior, and amenities include Porsche Communication Management (PCM), navigation, a Bose sound system, Guards Red seatbelts, Porsche-branded floor mats, and cruise control.
The three-spoke Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames a central GT3-branded tachometer as well as a 225-mph speedometer, an LCD screen, and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel level. An optional Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates just over 14k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.
The replacement 3.8-liter flat six was reportedly installed in 2014. A replacement battery is said to have been fitted in 2021, and an oil change was performed in September 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus. The car was optioned with an extended range 23.9-gallon fuel tank, and a Shark Werks exhaust system was installed during current ownership.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New York, North Carolina, and Nevada. The vehicle was reacquired by the manufacturer in December 2014 as part of a federally-mandated recall regarding an engine replacement. Entries in March 2015, August 2018, and July 2019 note a manufacturer buyback or lemon reported.
