This is a relist after the car was previously offered on BaT in October 2022 and was withdrawn after the car sustained damage during the auction. Subsequent work has included repairs, removing the car’s clear paint-protection film, performing a paint correction, and applying a ceramic coating to the bodywork.
The 20″ GT4 alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 245/35 up front and 295/30 at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs with red-painted Porsche-branded calipers. The GT4 utilized front suspension components from the 991.1 GT3 as well as a specially tuned multi-link rear setup, Porsche Stability Management, Porsche Torque Vectoring, and PASM adaptive dampers. Squeaky brake pads were remedied in preparation for the sale.
The cockpit features power-adjustable carbon-fiber bucket seats upholstered in black leather with sueded inserts, Guards Red stitching, and GT4-embroidered headrests. A fire extinguisher is mounted in the passenger footwell, and additional appointments include Porsche Communication Management, navigation, red door pulls, a CD stereo, Porsche-branded floor mats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. Scuffs are visible on the driver’s seat.
A three-spoke steering wheel frames a GT4-branded central tachometer with a 7,600-rpm redline as well as a 200-mph speedometer and a digital display. The digital odometer indicates 27k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.
The rear cargo area covers the mid-mounted 3.8L flat-six, which was shared with the contemporary 991 Carrera S and was factory rated at 385 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque. The car is equipped with an optional 16.9-gallon fuel tank. An oil change was performed in October 2022, and a DME report is presented in the gallery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transmission was replaced in 2018. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery.
